All through 2022, one of the most hackneyed suggestions from all corners of the web was how someone should make an “Inverse Cramer Fund“. It was perceived as a guaranteed money winner.
Well, someone finally DID make such a fund, and you know precisely what happened: it was launched at pretty much the worst possible moment, and it’s been just withering away ever since.
Yikes. Check out this one from yesterday: Lumen Technologies (symbol LUMN). Even in this market, there are still some plunge-a-roonies.
The media won’t shut up about The Return of Cathie Wood, on the heels of her disastrous 2022 in ARKK. Before anyone decides to erect a monument to this over-hyped money manager, take a glance at ARKK. shown below in grey, versus the plain old QQQ (in blue) and you’ll see that, well, yeah, her fund is climbing (since it can’t help but do so) but it’s not exactly jaw-dropping.
Although most of you are clued into this already, let me say at the outset I want nothing but good things for Tesla (TSLA). $400. $500. $1,000. You name it! To the moon, baby! But allow me to comment on this weekend’s giddiness about the first Cybertruck rolling off production lines……..
