Just a few days ago, I bought and immediately read cover-to-cover a book that just came out recently: 2029 The End of America. You can read about it via the link above, but I will simply say that I absolutely devoured the book, and considering the underlying beliefs that most Slopers have, I strongly suspect you would enjoy it too. (Note: I know this is a very perfunctory review, but I reached out to Porter to tell him how much I liked the book, and he didn’t bother replying, so……...feh!)
The SpaceX S-1 was finally released late on Wednesday, and I managed to skim all 300+ pages of it. Here’s a link to the document, if you dare (if nothing else, there are some really nice photos of spaceships!)
I grew up going to the Broadmoor United Methodist Church. I did the whole thing – – Sunday school (religiously!), Summer Bible Camp, church choir, acolyte, and so forth. Since apparently the nation is into Bible reading at the moment, I’d like to offer some selections this evening:

We are going to start with this picture of one Lucas Duplan, about whom I last wrote nearly a full decade ago. The post is worthy of a re-read, since it’s especially sassy, even for me.
I have written dozens of books, but the one I’m most proud of is my novel Solid State.
It is a very well-reviewed book (4.8 stars!) but I’d love to bump this up to 100 reviews to help get the word out more. For this reason, I am taking brand new copies of my $50 book and giving them away for nothing except the promise that, if you really like it, you’ll leave a positive review.
