Cool, huh? Want to invest? Well, you can sure do so cheaply, because this company – – Desktop Metals (symbol DM) has been a complete piece of dog shit in the rain. So, umm, yeah, MIT, Kleiner Perkins, almost a quarter BILLION dollars in funding, and all the rest are as fallible as the rest of us!
Gosh, didn’t we just have an Independence Day? And now, just days later, we get another? I feel so…………independent! Anyhoo, since we have yet another stupid holiday to disrupt our trading activities, we’ll get 3 days, and then a day to sit around and look at each other, and then a one-day week (Friday) which will have the one interesting data point of the whole schmear: the fake unemployment numbers. Plus, although I don’t think it’ll be market-moving, sometime today (it hasn’t come out as of this typing on my keyboard………….) Trump will be granted unlimited immunity for anything he wants to do by the Supreme Court that he now owns. Enjoy!

Like I said yesterday, the people freaking out about Rivian were really barking up the wrong tree. Most of the gain is already gone (and keep in mind, it was up over 50% pre-market yesterday morning).
