When I was a lad, I always thought Jaguar cars were beautiful. I’ve never owned one, and I haven’t really thought about them much, but there in the news recently because, since they evidently didn’t get the memo, they’ve taken the whole “woke” thing to 11. I’ve written with disdain about Target (TGT) many times in the past, including this piece from last year in which I was stunned how much they had changed. Give it a quick scroll if you like. This bizarre turn that Target has taken in recent years wasn’t known just to your humble website (not blog, Baby Bear) host, however.
Let us take a moment of silence and bow our heads at the passing of one of the worst U.S. airlines ever created, Spirit. It had one last 100%+ pop a few weeks ago, but- – it’s dead, Jim.

You’re getting older. So am I.
With every passing day, month and year, we’re going to degrade. Our hair will turn grey (or fall out). Our skin will wrinkle. Our muscles will weaken. And, at some point, we’ll die. It happens to everyone, and it shouldn’t be a source of shame or discomfort.
That is, unless you are nuts. We have all been witness to those in life who are so mentally troubled that they will spend any amount of money to attempt to stave off the aging process, sometimes with absolutely comic (more accurately, pathetic) results.
