I entered a new position today: Fifth Third Bancorp $34 puts expiring February 16 2024 (a lusty 210 days remaining). This is costing me virtually zero premium, and it’s a gorgeous-looking top.

My best-performing position is my META January $350 puts, which are up 26.3% and have 182 days left to fall. They report earnings after the close on Wednesday. Mark, I’m banking on you!

I grew impatient enough with Bank of America (BAC) that I threw it overboard, even though I think it still has the potential for a meaningful reversal. In its stead I have acquired January 2024 puts on AMZN at a strike of $150 at a price of $19.90. They’re up 7.61% so far, in just an hour, so at least it’s a good start.
