Fighting Big Oil
I have three ETF positions: puts on XLU, IWM, and XOP. It’s that last one I wanted to cover here.
Below is the 60 day minute bar chart of XOP which, like everything else, ripped high recently. I wanted to take advantage of its proximity to that huge blob of overhead supply. My options are March 15th $140 puts.

Alcoa is Back
For those who wished they were short Alcoa (AA) but missed it, I’d say this is another golden opportunity. This is a very slow-moving critter, but the top is gargantuan. I’d say 31.32 as a stop-loss would make sense.

Albemore
One of the best bearish positions, even in this insane year, has been Albermarle (symbol ALB). It had fallen too far and too fast to be appealing anymore, but that may have changed in recent days as it has surged back toward its neckline. It’s worth a second look.
