Here’s an interesting tidbit I never knew existed: in The Wizard of Oz (which I suppose 99% of you have seen), the scene in which Dorothy meets the Scarecrow is much, much longer in the original cut. It’s a shame that all this hard work hit the cutting room floor for the final edition. Here, then, in all its glory, is the scene as it was meant to be seen:
