Hi, all! It has been quite a while since I’ve had anything to write. This market is just too bananas for me to trade. The oversized exposure of the market indices to a handful of tech stocks just smells like trouble. While there are a handful of attractive long setups out there, I’ll buy very tentatively and selectively.

Here’s a stock I haven’t thought about in a long time: Covid-mega-beneficiary Moderna (MRNA), which seems to have a rock-solid price sealing at about $118.
Data-Free Meanderings
Welcome to Wednesday, everyone. Let’s start off with the Russell 2000 futures, which have been following a delightfully predictable pattern for a solid two years now, having been confined to the lower range that I’ve highlighted. You can see this was preceded by a higher range, whose support now acts as resistance (which, in turn, we recently tagged). The point here being that, given the past two years of movement, it is more likely we weaken than strengthen in the weeks ahead.

Hi Slopers, time for another post and, boy, what a year so far!
Where to start? Well, NVDA I guess! What happened with that stock is the most mind-blowing thing I have ever seen so far, and I’ve been trading since 2012, even TSLA in 2021 wasn’t even close to being as impressive as this one.
The only thing I can recall that felt the same was Bitcoin in 2017 and 2021 but even if crypto is behaving like a risk-on asset it’s just not comparable to stocks IMO.
For some perspective about how strong that mania has become, at $973 on Friday NVDA was up 97% and a whopping $1.2T (almost) in market cap added YTD.
