As a child of the 1960s, I am persistently interested in rockets and space exploration. I was therefore intrigued this morning to see the top gainer was a company called Intuitive Machines with the cool ticker symbol LUNR.

Stonks only go up, right? It sure is how asset managers are positioned. It isn’t slightly high. It isn’t somewhat high. It is higher than ever.

In these days of super-exotic technology, cryptocurrency, and AI, it may seem that the most boring company on the planet would be the one which sells…………eggs. However, Cal-Maine Foods (symbol, the very mellow CALM) is a honey of a chart. It has a p/e ratio of 6 (unlike the four-digit p/e ratio of something like AMD these days) and a 5.5% dividend. Not bad!
