Several major investment banks learned of the Bear Force One plans and have, for the moment, sabotaged my efforts by way of a 5 hour (!) flight delay. I will not be thwarted, however.

I want to be clear that I don’t have to. I just got an email with some pretty exciting news about an unexpected cash windfall. Let’s just say that at this point, my decision to work hard 365 days a year for you Slopers is voluntary, now that my F-You money is finally here. Given my new situation, this is nothing more than a labor of love.

For you dog fans out there, here’s a cute little video of Duke and Mojave. They roughhouse a lot, and in this instance Mojave bit Duke a little harder than he should have, which made him yelp. Duke came over a few moments later to assure Mojave that all was forgiven.
