This map is quite interesting. It shows how the self-sufficient people of Utah, many of them Mormons, fend for themselves, whereas Puerto Rico has fully embraced letting the nanny state support their lazy asses.

You may find this hard to believe, but a few years ago I was toying with the idea of moving to Estonia. They just seemed to be heading the right direction. I’ve dismissed the idea, but it’s heartening to see them on top of this list, which illustrates they have the fairest and most forward-thinking taxation system.
